Returns

Wrong size/colour/item?

You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in its original condition, with its original packaging and with the tags attached. We are more than happy to exchange your item, providing it is priced the same or higher than their original purchase.

Refunds

For refunds, follow the same steps described above. We will refund the full value of your order within 7 working days of receipt (shipping costs not included).

Repack + return number = done.

When returning any item, please fill the form specify order number and let us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Our customer service will contact you shortly to assist you with the process.

Manufacturing defects

If you received a defective item, we will gladly exchange it within the legal warranty period. All you need to do is to submit a warranty claim.

Exchanges

In order to exchange an item, you will need to return your purchase. The product must be in its original condition, with its original packaging and with the tags attached. Once received, we will have your order processed and shipped.

Shipping policy

Please note that when returning items, either for a refund or for an exchange, the shipping costs spent on the delivery of the purchased products won’t be refunded. However, Fyke assumes the cost of the new shipment.
