TERMS & CONDITIONS
FYKE SEPTEMBER 90K CHALLENGE
Last updated: September 2026
1. Promoter
The FYKE September 90K Challenge is promoted by 2Move Garments, Unipessoal, Lda., the company responsible for the FYKE brand and the online store fyke.eu, hereinafter referred to as “FYKE” or the “Promoter”. FYKE’s Legal Notice also identifies 2Move Garments as the entity responsible for the fyke.eu online store.
For any questions regarding the challenge, participants may contact FYKE at marketing@fyke.eu.
2. Challenge Period
The challenge runs from September 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026.
All eligible activities completed from September 1, 2026 onwards will count towards the total, even if the participant joins the challenge at a later date.
Participants may submit their result for validation as soon as they reach 90 km, and must do so no later than October 4, 2026.
3. Participation
To participate in the FYKE September 90K Challenge, participants must:
Be a member of the FYKE Strava Club;
Complete at least 90 km of Running and/or Trail Running between September 1 and September 30, 2026;
Keep their Strava profile public at the time of validation, allowing FYKE to verify the activities completed;
Correctly submit the validation form by October 4, 2026.
Participation in the challenge is free and does not require any purchase from FYKE.
4. Eligible Activities
Activities identified on Strava as Running or Trail Running, completed between September 1 and September 30, 2026, are eligible.
The 90 km do not need to be completed in a single activity. The distance from multiple eligible activities will be added together until the participant reaches or exceeds a total of 90 km.
Completing more than 90 km does not increase the chances of winning. Each eligible participant will receive only one entry in the final draw.
FYKE reserves the right to exclude duplicate, fraudulent or inconsistent activities, or activities that cannot reasonably be verified through the Strava profile provided.
5. Validation of the 90 km
Once a participant has completed at least 90 km, they may complete the validation form available on the challenge landing page.
The participant will be asked to provide, among other details:
name, email address and Strava profile link.
The Strava profile must remain public during the validation process so that FYKE can confirm that the participant completed at least 90 km of eligible activities during September.
Submitting the form does not, by itself, guarantee eligibility. All entries will be verified by FYKE.
6. Submission Deadline
Participants may submit their result immediately after completing the 90 km.
The final submission deadline is October 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants who:
have completed the 90 km; comply with the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions; and have correctly submitted their validation by October 4, 2026.
The draw will take place on October 5, 2026, subject to any legally applicable formalities and authorisations.
Completing more than 90 km does not provide additional entries or increase the chances of being selected.
8. Winner Announcement and Contact
The winner will be announced on October 5, 2026 through FYKE’s official channels and/or contacted via the email address provided in the submission.
The winner must respond to FYKE’s communication and, where necessary, provide the information required to confirm their identity and eligibility.
I recommend defining a response deadline here, for example:
“If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, FYKE reserves the right to randomly select a new winner from the remaining eligible participants.”
I would include this clause in the final version.
9. Prize
The prize consists of a €150 FYKE Voucher, to be used at the fyke.eu online store.
The prize:
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- will only be awarded once the winner’s eligibility has been confirmed;
- will be subject to the terms of use communicated together with the voucher.
One point still needs to be defined before publication: the validity period of the voucher. I would recommend, for example, 12 months from the date of issue, to avoid having a prize with no defined expiry date.
10. Disqualification
FYKE may exclude any participant who:
provides false or incomplete information; uses activities belonging to third parties; manipulates activity data; submits activities that cannot be verified; uses more than one identity to participate; or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of reasonable doubt, FYKE may request additional information to confirm the validity of the entry.
11. Participant Responsibility
Each participant is responsible for assessing their own physical condition and for completing the activities safely and in a manner appropriate to their abilities.
Participation in the challenge does not constitute medical advice, a training plan or a recommendation to complete any specific distance in a single activity.
The 90 km may be freely distributed across the activities completed during the challenge period.
12. Data Protection
Personal data provided through the form will be processed by FYKE for the purposes of:
managing the challenge, validating entries, contacting participants where necessary, selecting and communicating with the winner, and complying with applicable legal obligations.
Data collected for participation in the challenge will not be used for marketing communications unless the participant has provided specific and separate consent for that purpose.
The processing of personal data will also be subject to FYKE’s Privacy Policy.
13. Strava
Strava is used as the platform for recording and verifying participants’ activities.
The FYKE September 90K Challenge is organised by FYKE and is not sponsored, administered or promoted by Strava.
The use of Strava remains subject to the platform’s own terms and policies. Strava also states that club administrators are responsible for complying with its terms and for promotions carried out through clubs.
14. Changes or Cancellation
FYKE reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the challenge if exceptional circumstances arise that make it impossible or clearly inappropriate to continue under the originally established conditions, without prejudice to participants’ rights and applicable law.
Any relevant changes will be communicated through FYKE’s official channels.
15. Acceptance of the Terms
Participation in the FYKE September 90K Challenge implies that the participant has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
By submitting the validation form, the participant declares that the information provided is true and that they have complied with the participation requirements set out above.
